- Become an integral member of the management team, attending monthly management meetings, voting on key decisions, reviewing financial performance and influencing strategic issues.
- Have client contact at an early stage and take responsibility for their client list.
- Control their training and development. An allocated budget is directed by the team member in a discretionary manner, although there is a requirement for 30% to be invested in “non-technical” development.
- Be coached in their development and goals
- Develop skills and progress rapidly in the level of work undertaken.
- Participate in the firm’s profit share scheme after a 12 month qualification period
