David and Gavin head up a team comprising a manager, a graduate and five undergraduates with varying levels of experience, together with three administrative support staff. The administration staff attends to a number of “professional” functions including company secretarial work, PAYG calculations and review, and liaison with the Tax Office.
The whole team is actively involved in the management of the practice, the development of systems and procedures and in the decision making processes. They also have full access to the financial position via the tabling of financial reports at the monthly management meetings.
