What we don't do 

A second-rate job - we pride ourselves on our quality 
Take two days to return your call or email - our standard is to return phone calls within 3 hours, and emails by the next day
Leave it until the last minute to let you know about your tax bills.  If you have the information to us in the required time frames, we will advise well in advance
Hit you with large, unexpected fees.  If we come across an issue we discuss this in advance of spending your money
