Research shows that sitting at a desk all day is bad for your health. Guidelines were released in the UK recommending office-based workers spend at least two hours of their day standing or moving, gradually progressing to four hours. Sit-stand desks are available but can be costly, the cheapest is around $650 which adds up quickly if you have an office of employees! We have found a good, budget-friendly alternative in this desktop version for around $200 from Officeworks. All of our staff use and love them. We highly recommend!
