We introduced DocuSign to the office and our clients in April 2015, and thought we'd now introduce the DocuSign App to those who haven't tried it.
The DocuSign App is free, and is available on iOS, Android, and Windows. You can do just about everything on the app that you can do on the desktop online account. The key features of the easy-to-use mobile version are:
Creating your signature – use your finger or stylus, upload a picture of your signature or use one of the preformatted fonts
Push notifications – receive real-time notification when a document has been completed, or when you have a document waiting for your signature
When sending a document:
Add text and fields to your document – add free text boxes, names, addresses and dates as well as placing 'sign here' tags on documents to guide your signers
Signing orders – set signing order for specific documents with multiple signers
Importing documents – import a document to DocuSign app direct from emails, supports almost all formats including PDF, Word, Excel, Text and more
If you already have an account, the app will sync seamlessly with it.
For people who are constant travelers and need to sign documents, DocuSign mobile is highly recommended.
Visit the DocuSign website for more information, or give us a call in the office. We'd be more than happy to answer all the questions we can.
